How do you charge for your services?
We’ll work with you to determine a fee structure that aligns with your needs and volume. We offer:
Flat-fee per transaction
Monthly retainer for ongoing portfolio work
Can you help with zoning or permitting?
Yes, we work with planning consultants and local teams to help you understand zoning restrictions and coordinate permitting if required.
Do you provide lease administration services?
Yes. In addition to transaction management, we offer ongoing lease administration, including critical date monitoring and abstracting.
What if the transaction falls through?
We don’t charge any cancellation fees. If you don’t get paid, neither do we.
Can you help us coordinate legal, environmental, or title vendors?
Absolutely. We have experience working with a wide network of professionals, including attorneys, environmental consultants, title companies, surveyors, and appraisers. We can coordinate on your behalf or integrate seamlessly with your existing team.
How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?
All documents and communications are handled through secure cloud platforms. We follow strict confidentiality protocols and are happy to sign NDAs when required.
How do you keep clients updated during a transaction?
We provide regular updates via your preferred method—email, shared trackers, or the project management platform Monday.com. You'll always know what's in progress and what’s needed next.
